You will engage in administrative duties, quality improvement, vehicle/equipment management and health and safety tasks. The role requires current HPCSA registration and post-graduate patient care experience, with flexibility for shift work, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate patient care experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night duty.
• Familiarity with HPCSA guidelines and clinical governance.
• Proficient in documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls with promptness and professional care.
• Complete required documentation and ensure accuracy of patient records.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in safe, ready-to-use condition and report faults.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment as required.
• Log calls with the Netcare call centre and obtain case numbers.
• Support CME training and CPD compliance.
