You will balance strategic thinking with execution and report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations - EMEA, with hybrid work options in SA or Poland.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in modern selling, strategic communication, and change management, with a collaborative style

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; business or engineering preferred.
Ability to build and communicate strategy and sales leadership concepts.
Capacity to absorb information and data to lead solid conclusions.
Clear, concise messaging to senior leaders and buy-in facilitation.
Knowledge of change management approaches and interdependencies.

Responsibilities

Lead sales planning, including territory optimization and capacity planning.
Deliver proactive sales insights on territory design and performance to goal.
Set standards, track hygiene, and provide insights on account planning and forecasting.
Align with regional operations to ensure smooth rollout of projects and systems.
Improve consistency of sales planning and quarterly reviews.
Leverage global deliverables to increase regional capacity.
