Job summary

OLIVER South Africa, part of The Brandtech Group, offers a 12-month People Internship Programme designed to give practical HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, records management and employee relations in a dynamic marketing environment.

You will work with the People team, handling confidential data, supporting training and development initiatives, and gaining exposure to SA labour legislation while rotating through various People functions.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in people and a desire to build a career in Human Resources.
• A relevant completed Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job advertising, interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
• Provide general People administration support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with employment contracts and employee letters.
• Support learning, training and development initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing activities.
• Support People reporting, data management and workforce-planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with OLIVER’s policies and People practices.
