Are you a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record of building strong client relationships across EMEA within the recruitment industry?

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A strong track record in agency recruitment business development
  • A deep understanding of RPO (local and international), retained search, and bespoke talent solutions that drive client ROI
  • Experience developing client-specific solutions, rather than selling off-the-shelf services
  • A solid network and market insight in one or more of the following regions: Europe, the Middle East, or Africa
