Strategic Contribution :

Staff Management Duties :
  • Lead the Early Learning School in alignment with the school’s vision, ethos, and strategic goals.
  • Recruit, induct, develop, and appraise Early Learning staff.
  • Inspire staff through clear communication, mentorship, and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Implement school policies, timetables, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Foster staff cohesion and professional growth through regular meetings and a strong CPD programme.
  • Represent the school positively in marketing efforts and parent engagement.
  • Support disciplinary processes when required.
Student Management Duties :
  • Ensure a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Champion safeguarding responsibilities in line with legal and Inspired policies.
  • Communicate regularly and transparently with families.
  • Support high standards of student behaviour and wellbeing.
  • Oversee the admissions process and liaise with prospective parents.
  • Celebrate student achievement and progress through visible leadership.
