Placements24 in Stellenbosch is seeking an experienced Advanced Beauty Therapist & Treatment Coordinator to join a luxury spa and wellness centre. You will perform high-level beauty treatments, advise on skincare, and coordinate client pathways to ensure seamless scheduling and service excellence.

The role demands strong technical ability, excellent client relationship management, and a passion for maintaining the spa’s high standards in the Western Cape region.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Advanced Beauty Therapist.
• Proficient in a broad range of advanced beauty treatments.
• Strong understanding of skin types and cosmetic ingredients.
• Excellent communication, organizational and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty treatments including facials, body therapies, waxing, and massage.
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Coordinate client appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal use of therapist time.
