About the Role

As the Electronic Engineer, you'll take ownership of technical operations within a dynamic production environment, with a particular focus on fault-finding, testing, and reworking high-value, low-volume RF hardware. You will play a key role in optimising production processes and ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, values precision and consistency, and is passionate about continuous improvement in a technical production setting.

Required Skills & Experience

  • B.Eng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Compulsory)
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an electronic engineering environment
  • Skilled in PCBA rework (THT & SMD)critical for this role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical thinker with a passion for troubleshooting and optimisation

Bonus Points for Experience In

  • RF circuit fault finding and test equipment (VNAs, spectrum/network analysers)
