A specialist international design company in Centurion is recruiting for a Chief Technical Officer with a Masters degree or PhD in Electronic Engineering. Minimum 10-12 years of relevant working experience.

Minimum requirements:

• Masters or PhD in Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant working experience in Design and projects in an electronic field – specifically electromagnetics or microwave/RF or system engineering.
• Defence industry with certification processes would be advantageous.
• MATLAB
• Simulation Software
• MS Dynamics NAV an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Support the team to achieve successful execution of projects by direct technical input
• Sales: engage in client interaction and consultation during the early sales process for technical proposals
• Risk Management
• Strategic planning and management
• Technical team management
