Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in Beng / Bsc Electromechanical / Bachelor of Electromechanical Engineering in Engineering and Technology.
• South African citizen or permanent resident.
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• The Management Trainee Programme is a 4-5 year development initiative focused on authentic leadership, offering hands-on experience in real business projects
• Trainees receive training, mentorship, and structured growth plans to build a strong career foundation
