RCL Foods is offering a Management Trainee Programme designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured development over 4–5 years, with rotations across key areas and exposure to real projects.

You will participate in cross-functional rotations, receive training, and work on real business problems, with guidance from mentors and a clear personal development plan to prepare for a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in B-Engineering / BSc Engineering/ BTech Engineering (Electrical).
• South African citizen or permanent resident.
• Good academic results in majors in 2nd and 3rd year.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word).
