Job description

We are assembling a network of qualified Electricians for upcoming opportunities in the solar and renewable energy sector. These roles will focus on the installation, maintenance, and optimisation of solar PV systems across residential, commercial, and light industrial environments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Install and wire solar panels, inverters, and battery systems
• Conduct system testing, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance
• Interpret technical drawings and comply with installation standards
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., SANS 10142)
• Complete compliance documentation including CoCs and checklists
• Engage with clients on-site to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience with solar installations preferred, but not required
• Wireman’s Licence and PV installation training beneficial
• Ability to work at heights and travel to project sites
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainable technologies
