Job summary

Oxyon People Solutions is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to service and fault-find electrical systems on injection and blow moulding machines in Johannesburg.

You will maintain auxiliary equipment such as granulators, dryers, chillers, conveyors and robotic systems, troubleshoot PLCs and HMI/SCADA, perform panel wiring and preventative maintenance, and uphold safety procedures including LOTO.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance and fault finding on injection and blow moulding machines.
• Maintenance of auxiliary equipment including granulators, dryers, chillers, conveyors, and robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, servo drives, temperature controllers, and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Carry out panel wiring, installations, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO).
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
