Responsibilities

Job Overview: Install, inspect, and test fuse boxes, circuits, wiring systems, and equipment.

• Fit fuse boxes, circuits, wiring systems, and equipment.
• Inspect and test fuse boxes, circuits, wiring systems, and equipment.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Possess strong fault-finding capabilities in electrical systems.
• Install, commission, refurbish, and improve equipment independently.
• Perform planned maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Execute pneumatic repairs.
• Use, install, and troubleshoot programmable logical control circuits (PLC).

Qualifications

• Grade 12.
• Diploma in Electrical (advantageous).
• NQF 3 Trade Tested Electrician.
• Three to five years of relevant experience as a Qualified Artisan.
