Electrician

Electrician position available in White River, Mpumalanga.

A well-established company is looking for a Qualified Electrician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting electrical faults, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 CTC per month Benefits include a company vehicle, fuel allowance medical aid and provident fund.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician.
• Installation Certification (SANS 0142).
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience working in process plants, pump stations, and food processing environments.
• Experience with fault-finding, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in VFDs, PLCs, and Proximities.
• Computer literate with the ability to work with technical software.
• Valid driver’s license (unendorsed).
• Valid passport (willingness to work abroad).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement daily maintenance plans to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and repair electrical faults efficiently.
• Ensure all work aligns with SANS 0142 standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and lockout procedures during maintenance and repairs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain high housekeeping standards.
