Job Description

1. Testing of motors.
2. Planning of installations.
3. Maintenance of all electrical equipment and electrical installations.
4. Provide services to production line.
5. Liaise between production floor, store, and procurement.
6. Control over parts and other store items.
7. Work in a team with fellow Chargehands and Foremen.
8. Report any problems to management.
9. Any ad-hoc tasks.

Minimum Requirements

1. N2 or Grade 12.
2. Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings.
3. Qualified electrician with relevant certificates/qualifications.
4. Knowledge of overhead cranes, welding machines, and electrical maintenance is essential.
5. Ability to estimate costs for repairs and services.
6. Driver's license.
7. Must be able to handle stress and work long hours.
