Job summary

The Talent Room (Recruitment Solutions) is assisting a client in George to recruit a skilled Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across residential, commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, capable of fault-finding, and able to work independently or with a team.

Grade 12 and proven Electrical experience, including industrial work, are required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Previous experience as an Electrician.
• Industrial Electrician experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Inspect electrical systems to identify faults, defects, or safety risks
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and regulations
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs when required
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members
• Time management and reliability

• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
