who will provide services across our facilities in Durbanville, Killarney Gardens and in Paarl.Duties & Responsibilities:- Inspecting the premises regularly to identify equipment and machines in need of repair.
- Installing and maintaining electrical wiring, fixtures and equipment.
- Troubleshooting electrical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Preparing and conducting routine electrical maintenance.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure efficient electrical installations.
- Housekeeping and managing of safety standards according to the OHS Act, relevant legislation and codes.
Requirements:- N4 level Electrical.
- Electrical Trade Test.
- 5 Years electrical experience.
- Wireman’s license would be beneficial.
- Experience within a NH₃ (ammonia) at a cold storage facility environment would be beneficial.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of temperature control systems.
- Knowledge of the relevant standards in the fruit industry would be beneficial.
- Sound working knowledge of the OHS Act, regulations, and relevant codes.
- MS office proficient.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid drivers’ license.
- Standby/weekend duties.
