Placements24 seeks an experienced Electrical Systems Design Engineer specializing in automotive electrical architectures. This fully remote role focuses on designing, developing, and validating complex systems while collaborating with hardware and software teams to ensure performance and reliability.

You will work on wiring, ECUs, and connectors, create detailed CAD schematics, run simulations, and support both prototype and production phases. A strong background in CAN/LIN/Ethernet is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive electrical systems design.
• Proficiency with automotive design tools and simulation software.
• Strong knowledge of CAN, LIN and Ethernet networks.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and remote communication skills.
