Job summary

WSP in Africa is seeking an Electrical Revit Modeller to deliver high-quality BIM modelling and coordination for electrical systems in data centre and industrial projects. The role emphasizes detailed MV/LV models, BEP-aligned standards, and working within a CDE to ensure clash-free, buildable designs.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of consulting experience in electrical BIM, strong Revit skills, and familiarity with ISO 19650 processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting engineering experience with electrical BIM modelling using Revit in building services or industrial projects.
• Experience with data centre or high-density infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (electrical modelling) and Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed electrical models in Revit (MV, LV, containment, equipment layouts).
• Produce coordinated models aligned with BEP and project standards.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve clashes and interface issues.
• Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from models for project deliverables.
• Maintain model quality, naming conventions, and information structure per ISO 19650.
