Responsibilities:

1. Management of Site QA, specifically regarding the Electrical package, including setup, management, and closeout of files.
2. Management of Project Schedule in collaboration with the Project team, consulting Engineer, and Client requirements.
3. Management of sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure weekly meetings with sub-contractors.
4. Knowledge of all electrical systems in commercial settings.
5. Operate required equipment safely and responsibly.
6. Manage the snagging system, ensuring supervisors return weekly punch lists where applicable.
7. Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to the time administrator for tracking.
8. Attend Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Coordination Meetings, and Handover Meetings.

Electrical Project Manager Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably on Data Center projects or transferable experience.
2. Previous experience in Commercial and installation projects.
3. Degree qualification related to the Electrical Engineering field.
