ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN - NORTHERN KZN

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN for a large, well-established concern, position based in Northern KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Grade 12.
2. Valid driver’s license.
3. Trade certified in the relevant Electrical or Electronic fields.
4. N6 or T4 qualification or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
5. Siemens Drives and PLC courses an added advantage.
6. 5yrs+ previous working experience in factory maintenance as a Millwright.
7. Working knowledge on industrial machines (experience in paperback making and printing would be advantageous); occupational safety; Siemens and Lenze PLC’s and VSD’s; hydraulics and pneumatics.
8. Maintenance and repairs to all equipment.
9. Preventative maintenance.
