Electrical Inspector

RINA is looking for an experienced Freelance Electrical Inspector to perform inspection activities on behalf of RINA for our esteemed client in South Africa.

Requirements:

• Experience as Electrical Inspector (min. 3 years); Inspectors should have inspection experience at the vendor’s premises. Experience may cover daily inspections or short term/long term project inspections on behalf of clients or third party inspections.
• Experience in FAT and Dye-penetrant Tank Inspection activity on Main Power Transformers.
• Ability to prepare daily/weekly inspection reports.
• Adequate level of English for reporting, understanding international standards/codes, and communicating with clients in case of need.
• Being a freelancer inspector or part of inspectors agency/society, the inspector or the company should be able to invoice the service.
• Electrical Degree (Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Electromechanical Engineering, or graduate from high school in relevant branches/Compex certificate (plus).

Location: Wadeville, Germiston, South Africa.
