Job summary

Nelson Mandela University in Gqeberha invites applications for a Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Qualifications

Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification with substantial academic experience.
Registration with ECSA as Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng is required.
Proven teaching excellence at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Strong record of DHET-accredited publications and conference proceedings.

Responsibilities

Provide academic leadership in teaching, learning and curriculum development.
Lead undergraduate and postgraduate modules and contribute to curriculum review.
Supervise undergraduate projects and postgraduate research.
Develop and sustain a research program aligned with department priorities.
Foster industry engagement and collaborations with professional bodies.
