Qualifications

• Familiarity with solar PV design, battery storage, and grid integration principles.
• Proficiency in electrical design and simulation software relevant to renewable energy.
• Understanding of relevant industry standards and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for renewable energy projects, including PV solar farms and wind turbine installations.
• Perform electrical calculations, simulations, and analyses for grid connection and system performance.
• Specify electrical components, inverters, battery storage systems, and protection devices.
• Ensure compliance with grid codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations for renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and external stakeholders on project design and execution.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new renewable energy installations.
• Assist in the commissioning and troubleshooting of renewable energy electrical systems.
