The role would ensure that designs comply with all local legislative requirements and will ensure that designs are aligned with the latest completive design practices in the country.**What you will do:*** Coordinate within the project teams by high cooperation with Project Engineer, other Engineering Specialists and any other surrounding interface, ensuring the respect of times, costs and quality (this last one in terms of engineering contents)* Follow the guidelines and support the Electrical Competence Center central structure in the general technical activities (global Technical Specification updating, attendance to international working groups, technical feedback sharing)* Prepare Technical Specifications for design of electrical MV-LV systems of wind and solar PV plants.* Ensures the issuing of the technical specifications of MV-LV systems (such as Conversion Units, Transformers, MV and LV switchboards, batteries, MV and LV cables plus accessories, etc.) for purchase orders and follows up the procurement process.* Ensures the review and approval of technical documents issued by external design contractors and/or consultants, assuring the full compliance with standards, codes, ENEL technical specifications and best engineering practices, etc.* Review technical specifications, layouts and designs relevant to IEC, IEEE, and other applicable industry standards.* Manage, coordinate and supervise third party engineers or external design services.* Communicate timely with third parties to ensure design requirements are understood and fulfilled through delivery.* Select optimal equipment for site and specific requirements and coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers and contractors as necessary.* Attend design reviews meetings with Design Contractor, Supplier and Consultant.* Approve and supervise any necessary tests related to electrical equipment (FAT\\SAT).* Provide engineering support and perform site inspection during the construction phase of projects.* Provide engineering support to startup, testing and system commissioning phases.* Develop operational standards and procedures for Electrical Discipline.**Who you are:*** 5 years or more of experience in design and construction of power plants and/or distribution plant, electrical equipment, and systems.* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Power System Engineering* Master’s Degree is an advantage.* Good knowledge of basic, detail and constructive design planning and development of HV Substation, HV and MV OHL, MV & LV electrical systems and relevant Technical Standards and Codes (local and international) such as: single line diagrams, power, control and instrumentation cables, routings, cable ways, wirings, area layouts, earthing & lightning protection systems, lighting & motive power systems, fire prevention principles applied to electrical systems, equipment and components, MTO and BOQ.* Proven experience in main technology equipment (such as inverters, HV/MV and MV/LV transformers, batteries, rectifiers etc.) selection, design review, monitoring and mitigation actions.* General knowledge in Renewables**What we search for in you:*** Desired knowledge of informatics:+ AutoCAD+ Power system Softwares (DigSILENT, ETAP, NEPLAN, etc.)+ Microsoft Office* Knowledgeable of Grid Interconnection Studies; System Impact, Facilities, Fault, Loss, Relay Coordination, and others.* Experienced with relay testing, programming, and fault analysis will be a plus.* Knowledge of IEC and other international applicable local industry standards.* Experience in construction and/or commissioning related to own field of expertise will be a plus.* Ability to work within a Global Framework.* Ability in working within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.* Innovation and Sustainable thinking* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.* Effective verbal and written communication* Ability to work in autonomy for complex tasks and in multiple projects under pressure.* Advanced time management and planning skills with ability to review, compile and track project documentation.* Valid Driver's license**What we offer**: Competitive salary, meal allowance, performance-based bonus, funded training, career growth and job rotation.**You can apply until**: 15 September 2026
