Job summary

A client of PlaceTalent is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer based in Kempton Park, with opportunities to travel internationally. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and have experience with CAD, MCCs, and MV Switchgear. This role includes developing important engineering documents and specifications critical for project success.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in related field.
• Desire for project management skills is advantageous.
• Experience with PLC programming and turnkey EC&I projects adds benefit.

Responsibilities

• Develop load lists, transformer sizing, cable schedules.
• Conduct procurement datasheets and specifications.
• Travel to various sites for project deployment.

Skills

CAD Experience

Knowledge of MCCs

Testing and commissioning of electrical systems

Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team.

This position is based in Kempton Park, but some travel to various sites will be required in and out of the country.

POSITION INFO :

Minimum Requirements :

• 2 to 5 Years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering
• CAD Experience
• âKnowledge of MCCs
• Knowledge of MV Switchgear
• Experience in developing the following : Load Lists, Transformer Sizing, Cable Schedules, Racking and Routing, procurement datasheets, and specifications
