You will produce electrical drawings and documentation, select components, and support FAT, SAT, commissioning and troubleshooting, while collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines to deliver impactful energy-sector solutions.

NOV South Africa is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth Gqeberha. In this role, you will design, plan, and develop electrical control and automation systems, including PLC control cabinets, field instrumentation interface, and industrial communication networks. You will be responsible for electrical and control system design while ensuring compliance with industry standards and NOV engineering requirements. The role includes producing electrical drawings and documentation, selecting electrical and instrumentation components, and supporting manufacturing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.

You’ll collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines to enhance the value of NOV’s products and services.
