Job summary

Lucy Group Ltd. seeks an Assembly / Adaptation Technician to perform electrical assembly and adaptation on the shopfloor, following approved drawings, BOMs, and work instructions. You will wire components, assemble Ring Main Units into enclosures, and ensure accuracy and safety in every task.

You will read and interpret schematics, follow procedures, and contribute to on-time production while maintaining 5S standards and quality control. A 2–5 year background in electrical assembly is expected.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to read electrical schematics/drawings.
• 2–5 years in electrical assembly/production.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical assembly and adaptation per drawings and BOMs.
• Assemble, wire, and fit electrical components accurately.
• Assemble Ring Main Units into enclosures.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Prepare and verify parts/materials for tasks.
• Meet daily/weekly production targets and support team output.
• Conduct first-line self-inspection to ensure quality.
