Job summary

Department of Infrastructure Development is seeking an Artisan Production Grade A-C (Electrical) at Sebokeng Facility Maintenance Hub. The role involves producing electrical objects per client specs, performing quality assurance, and maintaining equipment to standards.

You will render repairs, document outputs, and supervise staff while keeping up with new technologies to enable continuous personal development. Salary is R253,341–R424,371 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Trade Test Certificate required with 0–2 years’ experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of public service legislation and departmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Produce designs according to client specifications and production capability.
• Ensure produced objects meet job specifications and standards.
• Render QA of produced objects and service equipment according to schedule.
• Inspect and repair equipment per standards and report findings.
