Fault Repair Technician E&I – Emmen, Netherlands (on-site)

Your Responsibilities

As a Fault Repair Technician, you’ll work on-site in Emmen and handle a variety of technical challenges. Your tasks will include:

• Fault Diagnosis & Repair
• Quickly and accurately identify and resolve faults in electrical and instrumentation installations to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Technical Interpretation
• Use your expertise to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs to get straight to the root of any issue.
• Preventive Maintenance
• Carry out preventive repairs and overhauls to reduce the risk of future breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Customer Interaction
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed on the progress of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Accurate Reporting
• Maintain clear and precise records of all service activities to ensure comprehensive documentation.

With your knowledge and hands-on experience, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and reliably.

Your Profile

We’re seeking a technically skilled and motivated professional who brings the following:

• Experience: Several years in industrial electrical engineering, particularly in fault-finding and service work.
• Education: Completed MBO (secondary vocational education) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, or a similar technical discipline.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and P&IDs.
