About This Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Operations EHS Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee and manage Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and follow up on EHS activities daily.
- Conduct assessments of FSO EHS Inspectors' work, live activities, and post-activities.
- Lead and audit training for new FSO teams and EHS Inspectors, including on-the-job training and mentoring.
- Perform incident investigation training and develop skills.
- Conduct remote activity audits by analyzing videos and photos to identify hazards.
- Review the quality of FSO EHS inspections.
- Provide monthly KPI reports.
- Understand Ericsson's business and governance model.
- Formulate strategies and concepts related to EHS.
Additional Requirements
Extensive knowledge in:
- Working at heights and rescue methods.
- Rope rigging kits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification in EHS (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in EHS management within the telecom industry.
