Responsibilities

1. Plan, control, record, and report on assessments.
2. Attend meetings, forums, and workshops for the grades/phase as required.
3. Create a positive educational atmosphere in the classroom.
4. Manage school equipment and stock for the class.
5. Collaborate with teachers in the grades/phase to ensure effective operation.
6. Manage, plan, assist, and promote teaching and learning within the class.
7. Organize and promote activities such as sports and culture within the school.
8. Maintain discipline within the grades/phase.
9. Assist with sports and administrative duties as needed.
10. Demonstrate a personal commitment to education and align with the school's values and ethos.
