We are seeking talented and inspired individuals to work, learn, and commit to our deep client obsession within our Private Client environments across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your understanding of client relationship management, focusing on Relationship Managers and Young Professionals.

The programme offers exposure to relationship banking within the financial services industry, emphasizing cross-functional teamwork and practical learning through a rotational programme. You will have opportunities to present insights and results to a broad range of stakeholders and stay updated on best practices.

  • Rotations through different departments will allow you to gain diverse experience and quickly learn about the organization. These face-to-face rotations include immersion, connecting, learning, and performing tasks under the supervision of Coaches.
  • Relevant training will support your development during face-to-face work immersion, available online, in-person meetings, and classroom sessions.
  • At the end of the rotations, you are expected to achieve all milestones as outlined in the Job Description and Performance Contract.

FAIS-accredited Honours qualification in one of the following fields, to be completed by 31 December 2025:

  • LLB
  • Actuarial Science
  • Engineering
  • Medical

Minimum Requirements

  • South African Citizen
  • Work experience should not exceed 12 months, if applicable
  • Full academic transcripts must be submitted with the application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies
