Job Responsibilities

1. Check all goods leaving the premises (shop/yard).
2. Verify all sales and returns against supporting documentation.
3. Ensure credit customers sign Proof of Delivery (POD) notes.
4. Confirm cash customers have paid for their goods.
5. Report any suspicious behaviour to management immediately.
6. Arrive on time and adhere to company policies and procedures.
7. Complete vehicle checks before entry to assess contents.
8. Manage boom movement effectively.
9. Complete the visitors book daily and accurately.
10. Uphold and promote the company's values and culture.
