Duties & Responsibilities
- Selling solutions and services of the company.
- Identifying market opportunities and developing sales leads.
- Closing sales deals.
- Meeting set sales targets.
- Sourcing supplier quotations and negotiating prices.
- Preparing and sending customer quotations and following up with customers to close deals.
- Developing, maintaining, and growing the client base.
- Finding new business opportunities and maintaining a healthy pipeline for future deals.
- Responding to client compliments, complaints, and inquiries.
- Representing the company's brand and values as a brand ambassador.
- Conducting presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products to potential clients.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance.
- Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment, and provision of services.
- Using promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, social media, and events to reach potential clients and build relationships.
- Becoming an expert in the company's products and serving as a go-to source for clients seeking more information.
- Obtaining complete product certifications where required.
- Attending webinars, workshops, expos, and other relevant events to stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Appropriate post-matric qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of IT sales experience.
- Ability to negotiate sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Effective communication skills.
