Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Selling solutions and services of the company.
  2. Identifying market opportunities and developing sales leads.
  3. Closing sales deals.
  4. Meeting set sales targets.
  5. Sourcing supplier quotations and negotiating prices.
  6. Preparing and sending customer quotations and following up with customers to close deals.
  7. Developing, maintaining, and growing the client base.
  8. Finding new business opportunities and maintaining a healthy pipeline for future deals.
  9. Responding to client compliments, complaints, and inquiries.
  10. Representing the company's brand and values as a brand ambassador.
  11. Conducting presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products to potential clients.
  12. Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  13. Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance.
  14. Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment, and provision of services.
  15. Using promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, social media, and events to reach potential clients and build relationships.
  16. Becoming an expert in the company's products and serving as a go-to source for clients seeking more information.
  17. Obtaining complete product certifications where required.
  18. Attending webinars, workshops, expos, and other relevant events to stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Appropriate post-matric qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT sales experience.
  • Ability to negotiate sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Effective communication skills.
