The Position

As a Network Lead Graduate, you will work across the SAN Network functions as a project coordinator to improve process inefficiencies, internal SOPs, and internal policies.

The Opportunity
  1. Work across all functions to identify process inefficiencies and improve them to increase productivity and reduce process steps.
  2. Assist in the coordination and tracking of key strategic projects in the network in line with the Network Lead's guidance.
  3. Work closely with the Office of the Network Lead to ensure enterprise-wide governance is maintained in line with local legislation and required regulations to maintain our license to operate.
  4. Track key affiliate policies to ensure audit readiness and success.
  5. Assist the Office of the Network Lead and the SAN Leadership Team in initiatives to improve overall company culture and staff morale.
