GENERAL SUMMARY:

Operate processing machines as a Flex operator, rotating through various positions within the Processing Team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely set up, adjust, and operate processing machines such as mixers, laminators, ovens, and scalers.
• Rotate positions, provide breaks, and operate as scheduled; may cover Utility driver duties.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the area, complete required paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Participate as a team member to accomplish training and cover schedules.
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
• Support and participate in the preventive maintenance program.
• Heavy lifting will be required.
• Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Experience in production line manufacturing or food service and handling is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $22.00. Compensation depends on work location, experience, skills, and education. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
