Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Group Chief Executive Officer to drive business growth and expansion across key markets in Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing overall company operations, financial performance, and strategic direction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the companys vision, strategy, and business expansion plans.
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, working capital, and fundraising.
  • Provide leadership to a diverse team of over 200 employees.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage large-scale operations with a turnover of $25M+.
  • Ensure operational excellence and efficient resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and investors.
  • Lead engagement with smallholder farmers to support distribution and supply chain activities.
