A Day in the Life of a Media Search Analyst

In this role, you will assess diverse task categories, including music, video, and home pod evaluations across various media domains. You will analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store Content and conduct online research to assess query accuracy and intent, applying market expertise and provided directives to evaluate relevance and purpose of task-related information.

Qualifications

• No previous professional experience required; candidates must pass a basic assessment process.
• Native English speaker with fluency in written and spoken forms.
• Resident in South Africa for the past year, familiar with current media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs in South Africa.
• Up-to-date with trends in applications, music, and video, with an interest in internet research.
• Have an Apple ID email address and experience with Apple products.
• Flexible to work on various task types, including maps, news, audio, and relevance tasks.
• Access to broadband internet, a computer, and relevant software daily.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to new methodologies, with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• High School degree or higher preferred; exceptional skills are also considered.

Assessment Process
