Purpose

Main Function

The Project Manager's main function is to ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget, as well as preventing scope creep while managing individual tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop detailed project plans as per agreement with management, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget remain as per agreement.
  2. Ensure adequate allocation of company time and resources to meet the project plan.
  3. Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  4. Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  5. Provide weekly feedback on project status and variations in terms of timeline, scope, and budget.
  6. Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  8. Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation pack.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree in Project Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience.
  • Technical background and/or exposure to Manufacturing / Engineering environments.
  • Financial acumen and budget skills.
  • Problem solver with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain strong ethics, and adapt to a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
