Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Tech who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities
  • Complete work orders promptly based on priority.
  • Complete make-readies.
  • Maintain property grounds and common areas.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Keep a clean and organized shop and work areas.
  • Provide parts and materials list weekly.
  • Assist in emergency coverage with team members.
  • Demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • EPA HVAC certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
