About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and technical builder who loves experimenting, automating, and solving real problems with code and data. As our Junior Automation & Data Product Developer, you’ll work across teams to develop dashboards, AI-powered tools, and smart internal systems that help the business move faster and smarter.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience building dashboards — whether it’s in Excel, Power BI, Python, or another tool — and who enjoys turning messy workflows into clean, automated solutions. If you’ve ever built something just because you thought, “there has to be a better way,” we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build dashboards that help teams visualize data and make smarter decisions
• Develop lightweight AI tools and prototypes, using platforms like Replit
• Build and maintain internal automation tools, using Python.
• Use advanced Excel techniques to support modeling, data transformations, and reporting
• Collaborate with teams to identify pain points and develop creative solutions
• Connect tools and platforms (like Salesforce) to streamline workflows
• Experiment fast — get ideas from whiteboard to working prototype quickly

Must-Have Skills

• Experience building dashboards (this is essential!) using tools like Excel, Power BI, Python (e.g., Plotly/Dash), or others
• At least 2 years professional experience, but with a strong portfolio or hands-on project work
• Proficiency in Python or a similar language for scripting and tool development
• Demonstrated ability to create or prototype AI-based tools (e.g., using Replit)
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data automation
• A creative mindset — you love solving problems and building useful tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical work to non-technical teams

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce (user experience, reporting, or integration)
• Experience working with APIs, low-code platforms, or automation tools (like Zapier, Make, etc.)
• A personal portfolio, GitHub, or Replit profile showing what you’ve built
