We are seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Bookkeeper within our group of companies. If you thrive under pressure, have an analytical approach, and work independently with precision, this role might be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Bookkeeping up to balance sheet (cashbook processing and journals).

Bank and GL reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts.

Managing logbooks for company vehicles.

VAT201 and EMP201 reconciliation and submission.

Year-end closure and preparation of annual audit files.

Creditors function, including monthly credit runs.

Capturing purchase orders and general financial / administrative duties.

Requirements :

Degree / Diploma in Financial Accounting (BAcc / Com / BCompt) or similar.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Own reliable transport and bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

Attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and deadline-driven.
