In this role, you'll build and optimize data structures that support critical business decisions. You'll automate reports, integrate systems, and ensure the right information flows swiftly to where it is needed. From SQL to Power BI, DevOps to analytics, you'll leverage every tool at your disposal to streamline processes and enhance efficiency at scale.

Duties :

• Develop and automate reports, ensuring accurate data extraction from the Hollard Health system.
• Manage data integration across all business areas and external partners.
• Use Power BI or similar tools to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Understand business processes such as member changes and operational workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Assist business analysts in mapping and documenting processes.
• Perform testing, implementation, and monitoring of solutions post-development.
• Ensure coding adheres to best practices in software development.
• Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) for efficient development workflows.

Job Experience & Skills Required :

Qualifications :

Experience :

• Developing and automating reports with accurate data extraction.
• Managing data integration across business areas and partners.
• Using Power BI or similar tools for insights.
• Understanding key business processes.
• Acting as a subject matter expert.
• Supporting process mapping and documentation.
• Testing, implementing, and monitoring solutions.
• Writing efficient, quality code.
• Implementing CI/CD practices.
