To support the Account Executive by analysing, managing, and administering a portfolio of clients, including the credit application process and ongoing quality risk management of the clients' credit facilities and credit data. The role involves estimating the degree of risk in extending credit or lending money in support of broader client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Executive by managing and administering a portfolio of clients, including the application process and ongoing risk management of credit facilities.
  • Deliver exceptional service by educating clients, offering appropriate solutions, and maintaining relationships.
  • Advise on and support the effective resolution of customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor process turnaround times and quality standards, resolving issues promptly to enhance client service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Hold a relevant NQF 5 qualification.
  • Have 3-4 years of relevant relationship experience within the financial/banking sector.
  • Have strong proven knowledge and experience in Commercial Credit.
  • Are not an unrehabilitated insolvent.
