Estate Manager

An established Housing Estate in the Helderberg region is seeking to employ a full-time Estate Manager on a permanent basis.

The client requires an experienced Estate Manager to manage and drive various overall Estate-related management responsibilities for this medium-sized estate.

2. Maintenance
3. Health and Safety
4. Landscaping
5. Installations
6. Building Activities

Responsibilities

Security Installations

• Ensure all security policies and procedures are strictly followed.
• Ensure residents, construction, and service contractors comply with security policies.
• Implement and train staff and residents on security policies.
• Maintain security reports and documentation.
• Manage agreements with external security providers.

Maintenance

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for the estate.
• Report monthly to the Board of Trustees on maintenance activities.

Health and Safety

• Ensure compliance with all legal health and safety requirements.

Landscaping

• Develop and implement a landscaping plan.
• Report monthly to the Board of Trustees on landscaping activities.

Installations

• Ensure service agreements are in place for all installations.
• Oversee the delivery of services as per agreements.

Building Activities

• Ensure contractors adhere to building regulations.
• Represent the Housing Association during inspections.

Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
