Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• PSIRA registered (Grade B)
• Valid Driver's License (with PDP)
• No Criminal Record

Key Performance Areas

• Ensure all shifts are covered daily
• Maintain discipline across all sites
• Meet contractual requirements as per client stipulations
• Foster good relations between Fidelity ADT and the client regarding security services
• Manage response and investigation of serious incidents
• Coordinate with the Area Manager on operational issues
• Submit weekly/monthly incident and general reports as required
