Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in IT and networking environments; proven onsite experience at multiple client sites for at least 3 years.
• Qualifications: Formal IT certifications, preferably Microsoft role-based certifications; FortiGate qualifications are advantageous.
• Skills and Attributes: Strong aptitude for server/network support, cloud technologies, client service consulting; excellent problem-solving skills; eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and execute projects based on client requirements and project scopes.
• Conduct security analysis and generate detailed reports.
• Develop and maintain client documentation and IT policies.
• Manage incidents, resolve problems, address service requests, and apply change management processes.
• Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Office, Hyper-V, and VMWare.
• Configure VLANs, firewalls, managed switches, and routers.
• Proficient in network security practices and malware/ransomware prevention.
• Assist and mentor junior consultants and conduct technical workshops.
