Job description

FCS Position at Durban Branch

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for collecting and delivering clients' money, providing proof of delivery and collection.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Clear criminal record
  2. PSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification
  3. Cash in Transit (CIT) certificate
  4. Firearm competency – with a minimum handgun (for business purposes) qualification
  5. At least 2 years’ experience in security industry or similar role (Advantages at FSG)
  6. Valid driver’s license (an advantage)
  7. Able to work under pressure
  8. Physically fit
Job Responsibilities
  1. Full responsibility for collecting and delivering clients’ money
  2. Receiving, sorting, and distributing consignments
  3. Report all delays to the Operations Manager immediately
  4. Incident prevention and reporting
  5. Maintain radio contact with controllers
  6. Take preventative action against suspicious activity
