Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day office admin, filing, and data entry
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and job cards
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct queries
  • Update internal systems and staff records
  • Assist with timesheets, leave tracking, and HR admin
  • Handle petty cash and order office supplies
  • Schedule meetings and keep office calendars up to date
